Singapore– Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Singapore on Monday as part of the first phase of his official foreign visit. He was warmly welcomed outside his hotel by large crowds and is accompanied by an 11-member delegation. The visit aims to strengthen Uttar Pradesh’s position as a key destination for global investment and accelerate industrial development.
Yogi Adityanath Meetings with Temasek Officials
During his Singapore visit, CM Yogi Adityanath met with Teo Chee Hean, Chairman of Temasek, and his team to discuss investment opportunities in Uttar Pradesh. Key sectors highlighted included data centers, logistics hubs, renewable energy, and industrial infrastructure. Sharing details on social media, the CM said, “Had a productive meeting with Mr. Teo Chee Hean, Chairman, Temasek, and his team in Singapore today. Second Official Foreign Tour as CM
Following Singapore, CM Yogi Adityanath will visit Japan. This marks his second official foreign visit since taking office, with his first overseas trip being to Myanmar in 2017. Several Japanese and Singaporean companies already operate in Uttar Pradesh, and this tour is expected to further accelerate manufacturing and industrial growth in the state.

Focus Sectors and Meetings
During February 23–24 in Singapore, CM Yogi Adityanath will meet representatives from 25 leading companies, with discussions focusing on logistics and industrial parks, data center infrastructure, agribusiness, aviation engineering, clean energy, fintech and startups, hospitality, theme parks, and capital investment.
From February 25–26 in Japan, he will engage with representatives of eight major companies, concentrating on automobile investment and supply chains, semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, green hydrogen, aviation electronics, real estate, and hospitality.
CM Yogi Adityanath ’s two-nation tour is expected to enhance investment inflows, strengthen industrial partnerships, and boost Uttar Pradesh’s profile as a global business hub.
