CM Yogi promotes CM Yuva scheme in Gorakhpur, offering interest-free, guarantee-free loans up to ₹5L to help youth become entrepreneurs and job creators.

Gorakhpur: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath urged young individuals to pursue entrepreneurship, reassuring them that the government would cover both the loan guarantee and the interest burden under the CM Yuva scheme. (Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan) scheme.

His speech was delivered at the opening ceremony of the Uttar Pradesh trade show, Swadeshi Mela, which was conducted at Champa Devi Park in Gorakhpur.

Two beneficiaries of the CM Yuva scheme shared their success tales on stage during the event, emphasizing the ways in which the initiative had transformed their lives. After hearing their stories, the CM extended his congratulations and encouraged other young people to emulate their actions and become job creators rather than job applicants. The CM elucidated the scheme by stating that the loans offered under CM Yuva are “interest-free” and “guarantee-free.” The government not only provides a guarantee and interest, but also offers a 10% margin money support. Beneficiaries are permitted to obtain loans of up to Rs 5 lakh during the initial phase; however, this limit will be raised to Rs 10 lakh in subsequent phases.

Ramesh Yadav, a resident of Bandoh in Campierganj, expressed his desire to establish a business after completing his B Com coursework; however, he was unable to do so due to a lack of funding. He commenced the production of eco-friendly religious products, including incense and diyas, from bovine dung, after receiving an interest-free loan through the CM Yuva scheme. “My products are currently being sold in Delhi and Haryana in addition to Uttar Pradesh,” he stated. Yogi expressed his admiration for his endeavor, stating, “It is believed that the Goddess Lakshmi resides in cow dung.”

Mansi, another beneficiary from Basharatpur, stated that she utilized the loan she received through the program to establish a spice business that was inspired by traditional handcrafted recipes.
