In a chilling crime from UP’s Sambhal district, a man was allegedly lured to his Neighbour’s home and murdered using tools – sparking outrage and an ongoing police probe.
Police have detained Raees Ahmed and his wife Sitara on suspicion of torturing and killing their 45-year-old Neighbour, Anish. Investigators say that the couple used a Screwdriver and pliers to beat the victim, even pulling out his teeth and breaking limbs before leaving him fatally wounded
Anish’s father Mustakim spoke to the press and said, “My son had gone to their home t home to recover a ₹7 lakh loan he had extended years earlier. “They broke his hands and legs. Stripped him, after calling him to their house and went on killing him; I cannot even describe it,” he stated.
Anish however escaped all this. He managed to return home severely injured before dying out of those severe injuries.
Police now have a murder case against the son, Additional Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar Srivastava, who inquired. “In the inquiry, it was discovered that Anish was having an affair with Sitara. Raees and Sitara had the plan for the murder and invited him to their place to kill him,” Srivastava mentions. Further investigations are on both the affair and the loan case.
