Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma was seen in this colorful programme held on the sail of the Jal Mahal. When the CM held the spinning wheel and kite in his palm, Manjhe’s fingers twitched like an entranced kite-baaz. He was seen repeatedly relaxing the kite and then tugging it quickly. The Chief Minister was concerned that his kite would be cut off by someone else’s screw. Seeing this passion, the tourists and locals present were equally enthusiastic. MLA Balmukand Acharya and Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari also attended the function.
