At a high-level roadshow hosted by Invest Punjab at Banjara Hills, Sanjeev Arora, the minister of industries and commerce for Punjab, led a delegation of senior officials from the Department of Investment Promotion and encouraged Hyderabad’s business community to join Punjab’s rapidly expanding investment story. The outreach is a prelude to the Progressive Punjab Investors’ Summit 2026, which will take place at ISB Mohali from March 13–15.

Through the Fast Track Punjab Portal, one of India’s most cutting-edge single-window systems, the Minister emphasized how Punjab has become a sought-after corporate destination thanks to unified business policies, proactive administration, and time-bound clearances. “Punjab is dedicated to providing investors with an open and helpful ecosystem. With half a million job prospects, the state has benefited from significant investments totaling 21.37 lacs crore. We invite the forward-thinking businesspeople of Hyderabad to join us on this path to inclusive and sustainable growth,” he said.

Ceph Life Sciences, Vibrant Energy, ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, TIE Global, Baba Group of Companies, Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases, Visakha Pharmacity (Ramky Group), and Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) were among the companies with which the delegation met one-on-one. In order to facilitate broader industry participation in electronics production, BEL talked about strategies to expand its value chain in Punjab by onboarding MSMES through Invest Punjab.

Minister Sanjeev Arora stated during the evening session that Punjab is dedicated to providing the most transparent and enabling environment for investors. We are guaranteeing quicker clearances and a responsive administration with our redesigned industrial policies and unified single-window system. According to the latest amendments to the Right to Business Act, industries situated within authorized industrial parks will be granted approvals in five working days, while all other industries not yet covered by the Act will be approved through the FastTrack Punjab Portal in forty-five working days. The involvement of prominent industrial companies in Hyderabad today is indicative of the nation’s growing trust in Punjab’s plan for inclusive and sustainable industrial growth.

Following the successful roadshows in Bengaluru, New Delhi, and Gurugram, the outreach in Hyderabad is a further step in attracting top-tier investors throughout India to position Punjab as the most forward-thinking and investor-friendly region in North India.
