Punjab Cabinet Minister Aman Arora condemns Sarpanch Jarmal Singh’s murder, vows strict action and justice for all involved.

Punjab Cabinet Minister and AAP State President Aman Arora issued a strong statement denouncing the murder of Jarmal Singh, the Sarpanch of Valtoha Sandhuan village (Tarn Taran), saying, “Those who have committed this heinous crime, and whoever stands behind them—whether the goons who pulled the triggers or their masters—will not be spared.”

Sarpanch Jarmal Singh was shot dead in Amritsar on Sunday, and Aman Arora paid a visit to his distraught family. The cabinet minister offered the family his deepest sympathies and reassured them that the Punjab government, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is fully supporting them at this trying time.

He pledged, “Not a single one involved in this heinous crime will be spared,” and described the deceased as a selfless, noble-hearted guy who never turned away anyone in need, whether from his town or the surrounding area.

“The criminals have stolen this precious individual from us in the most terrible and regrettable way. These people are uncommon; you don’t become a Sarpanch three times unless you are a person of flawless moral integrity and public trust. “This loss is profound,” he said.

Aman Arora expressed his anger at the offenders by stating that the Punjab Police had already received strict and unambiguous directives from the state government’s highest authorities. “Anyone who engages in this crime or attempts to tamper with law and order will not be pardoned. The cops are working diligently and successfully, and they will shortly be subject to severe punishment.

Aman Arora held prior governments responsible for the state’s gangsterism, tracing the current problems’ origins to their mismanagement and patronage throughout the previous ten to fifteen years. “Over the past few decades, this disease was fostered and permitted to proliferate. “This metastasis has grown to such proportions because of the political patronage of that era,” he claimed.

“No one in our government or party gives patronage to gangsters, drug peddlers, or criminals,” said Aman Arora, who also emphasized that the political protection system for these groups is “dead and buried.” He stated that the Punjab government is dedicated to creating a state free from crime.

“We are committed to eradicating this disease of gangsterism and hooliganism completely,” Arora said, acknowledging that it will take time and consistent effort to dismantle this deeply ingrained network. This mission has the full support of the Punjab government. We are acting as forcefully as we can within the state, but there is still a big problem with criminals operating from other states or even other nations and planning atrocities here.”

He urged the Central Government to cooperate more, particularly in the extradition and deportation of such foreign-based fugitives. “The role of the Central Government becomes paramount when a gangster like Bishnoi sits in a Gujarat jail or when criminals operate from foreign soil,” he stated. To sever these international ties, we require their complete and unconditional cooperation.

“It’s not just an attack on a Sarpanch,” he remarked. It is an assault on tranquility. Until every person connected to this crime and the larger network of violence is brought to justice, the State Government will not stop.
