Chandigarh: Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann celebrated four years of the Mann government by highlighting historic achievements in irrigation development in Punjab. - Water from 101 rain-fed rivers and streams was diverted through 545 km of canals to irrigate 2.57 lakh acres of farmland.
