Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan honors Jujhar Singh, first Sikh and Indian to win the International Power Slap Championship in Abu Dhabi.

Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan honored Jujhar Singh, son of S. Sangat Singh, in his office. Jujhar Singh was the first Indian and the first Sikh in the world to win the International Power Slap Championship in Abu Dhabi. By beating Russian heavyweight Anatolii Galushka, Jujhar Singh made history. He is from Sri Chamkaur Sahib, which is in the Ropar district.

Speaker Sandhwan added that Jujhar Singh has made Punjabis proud all around the world because he is so dedicated to sports. He remarked that this kind of youth is providing the sports of Punjab a new identity all over the world.
