AAP wins Tarn Taran  : The Tarn Taran Assembly by-election saw the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) record a resounding and decisive victory, delivering a clear mandate in favor of development-driven politics, open governance, and the sincere leadership of National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. This resounding decision demonstrates Punjab’s steadfast faith in the AAP’s pro-people administration and progressive transformation strategy.

With ministers, MLAs, and volunteers gathered at the party office to celebrate the win, AAP Punjab In-charge Manish Sisodia declared, “The people of Punjab have once again rejected the Congress, BJP, and Akali Dal. Congress politicians questioned Punjabis’ consciousness and made haughty remarks despite not even holding political power.

Anger over Congress’s frequent antisocial and disrespectful comments prompted the populace to reply with an unprecedented mandate. Tarn Taran (rural and panthak seat), Jalandhar West (dalit majority seat), and Ludhiana West (urban seat) were all AAP by-election successes, demonstrating the party’s dominance in every area and community.

 Punjab AAP President Aman Arora sent a stern warning to opponents during a news conference held at the AAP headquarters in Chandigarh. He was joined by Cabinet Ministers Laljit Singh Bhullar (AAP’s Tarn Taran By-election In-charge), Hardeep Singh Mundian, and Barinder Goyal.

According to Aman Arora, the overwhelming win is a clear indication that the people of Tarn Taran approve of the job that the Mann Government has done over the past three and a half years. The fact that the Congress and BJP lost their deposits after months of spreading misleading information shows how thoroughly Punjabis disapproved of them.

He continued by saying that Congress insulted the Dalit community and engaged in divisive caste and religion politics. In response, the populace has suffered a devastating defeat. Tarn Taran residents have clearly rejected the BJP, which has continuously targeted Punjab and Punjabiyat.

Aman Arora highlighted that the AAP’s triumph in three distinct demographic categories—Jalandhar West, which is a reserved seat with a Dalit majority; Ludhiana West, which is an urban seat with a Hindu majority; and Tarn Taran, which is a seat with a purely Panthak Sikh majority—demonstrates that the party is the preferred choice of every religion, caste, region, and class.

He claimed that this demonstrated why AAP is currently the preferred option for all communities, faiths, social classes, and segments of society.

Opposition parties asserted that these elections would be a 2027 “semifinal,” he continued. If true, the AAP has had a decisive victory in the semifinals. And the AAP will win by an even greater margin in the 2027 finals.
