Chandigarh: The Nayab Singh Saini IKEA Meeting with a Swedish delegation in Chandigarh focused on reviewing the progress of IKEA India’s upcoming ₹4,000 crore investment project in Gurugram and exploring new investment opportunities in Haryana.
IKEA India CEO Patrick Antony Leads Swedish Delegation to Haryana
The delegation, led by IKEA India’s CEO Patrick Antony, met Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini to discuss the ongoing development of the Gurugram project and future plans for expanding investment in the state.
During the meeting, officials shared updates about the progress of the approximately ₹4,000 crore IKEA India project being established in Gurugram. Discussions were also held on potential new investment opportunities in Haryana.
Haryana Government Focuses on Employment Generation Through Investments
During the Nayab Singh Saini IKEA Meeting, the Chief Minister emphasized that attracting new investments and creating maximum employment opportunities for the youth of Haryana is a major priority of the state government.
CM Nayab Singh Saini said that Haryana is working towards building a strong industrial ecosystem where investors receive complete support and projects can move forward smoothly.

Haryana Assures Full Support to Investors
The Chief Minister assured the Swedish delegation that the state government stands with investors at every step and that no hurdles will be allowed to affect investment projects in Haryana.
He highlighted that the government is continuously working to improve the business environment and encourage global companies to invest in the state.

Vision of Developed India–Developed Haryana
CM Nayab Singh Saini stated that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Haryana is moving ahead with the vision of “Developed India–Developed Haryana.”
He added that industrial growth, investment promotion, and employment generation are key priorities for achieving this vision.
