Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini has released financial assistance under various public welfare schemes, marking a major step in the state’s commitment to Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). A significant portion of this support has been issued under the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana, aimed at empowering women across the state.

The latest installment under the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana reflects the government’s continued focus on timely financial assistance and transparent governance.

Sixth installment released under scheme

Under the sixth installment of the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana, the Chief Minister transferred ₹203 crore 28 lakh directly into the bank accounts of nearly 10 lakh women beneficiaries. So far, a total of ₹1,038 crore 5 lakh has been disbursed under the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana across six installments, highlighting the consistent implementation of the scheme.

Major boost for women empowerment

The Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana has become a key pillar of women welfare in Haryana, focusing on financial independence and social security. CM Nayab Saini emphasized that the scheme is designed to uplift women and improve their economic stability through direct financial assistance.

Officials noted that the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana continues to play an important role in strengthening the state’s women-centric welfare framework.

Part of larger welfare initiative

Along with this scheme, the Chief Minister also released funds under multiple social security pension schemes, further strengthening Haryana’s welfare network. However, the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana remained the highlight due to its large beneficiary base and direct impact on women.

The government reiterated its commitment to ensuring that the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana continues to reach every eligible woman efficiently and transparently.

Focus on transparency and DBT model

The Haryana government has adopted a strong Direct Benefit Transfer system to eliminate delays and corruption. The Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana is a major example of this approach, ensuring that funds are credited directly into beneficiaries’ bank accounts.

With this latest release, the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana continues to reinforce Haryana’s vision of inclusive growth and women empowerment.
