Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini announces industrial growth, EV park plans, ₹5,000 crore investment, and MSME cluster programs to boost economy.
Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the chief minister of Haryana, stated that businesspeople can be instrumental in bringing about an industrial revolution in the nation. Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi’s goal of India becoming the third-largest economy in the world by 2029 is being pursued by the state government through persistent efforts.
Chief Minister Sh. Tarun Bhandari was speaking to a group of Punjabi businessmen at his home in Sant Kabir Kutir, Chandigarh, on Sunday. The delegation was led by OSD. Additionally present at the event was OSD to Chief Minister, Sh. B.B. Bharti.
The government is putting together a proposal to establish an electric vehicle park because, according to the chief minister, electric vehicles are the way of the future. Gurugram already has a strong battery industry for electric vehicles. The state’s industrial growth is being accelerated by the administration, he said.
Through programs like “Make in India” and “Vocal for Local,” Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, he claimed, has emphasized the importance of using domestically produced goods to propel the country forward. Industrialists deserve the credit for this advancement, he continued, since their invention and entrepreneurship have bolstered the nation’s economy.
“The Prime Minister has systematically promoted industrial development, and positive outcomes have emerged from this collaborative approach,” stated Sh. Nayab Singh Saini. Despite the Prime Minister’s intention to make India the fifth-largest economy in the world, he claimed that the nation has already risen to the fourth position. Kudos to all the industrialists on this accomplishment.

In addition to the MSE-CDP program of the Central Government, the state has introduced the Mini Cluster Development Program, according to the Chief Minister. More than 8,000 MSMEs in Haryana are benefiting from initiatives totaling Rs. 170 crore that are under way across 48 MSME clusters under these schemes. In order to concentrate on industry and give industrialists a better working environment, he continued, the state has simplified its procedures.
He claimed that during his most recent visit to Japan, industrialists responded favorably, offering investments totaling Rs. 5,000 crore. A number of industrialists have already chosen their site, and work on investments totaling Rs. 2,000 crores has already started. According to him, the state administration is carrying out recommendations in accordance with the Prime Minister’s vision for the benefit of businesspeople.
According to the Chief Minister, pre-budget discussions are being held to gather recommendations that are then included in the budget. He continued by saying that anyone can meet him at any time without hesitation and that his doors are always open to industrialists who would like to meet him. “This kind of industry encouragement will help realize the Prime Minister’s vision and the dream of a developed nation,” he said.
According to the Chief Minister, businessmen are investing in the ten IMTs that were declared to be established during the last budget, of which two IMTs have already been identified on land. He pledged that the government supports businesspeople and will do everything in its power to help. He added that the state has put in place a single-window system that allows industrialists to obtain NOCs within a predetermined window of time.

According to Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, Haryana would use its tax money to upgrade its industrial infrastructure. Additionally, he said that the state’s electricity costs are fair. An IMT has been set up close to the airport in Hisar, land agreements for an IMT in Ambala have been finalized, and plans have been made for an IMT in Naraingarh.
He added that a proposal for land in Sonipat for an Amritsar dry fruit market has been accepted. A wholesale market and a marble market for Delhi have also been approved, and construction on both projects is scheduled to start shortly. The development of a pharmaceutical hub in Karnal is currently under progress, he said, and Maruti has established a significant project in Gurugram, where about 2,000 cars are produced daily.
