AAP Gujarat criticizes BJP’s 30-year rule, claiming failure in development, infrastructure, and farmer welfare across Gujarat.

Gujarat : The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Gujarat has launched a scathing critique of the BJP, accusing the ruling party of failing to deliver on development promises over the past three decades.

In a video shared on AAP Gujarat’s official X handle, party leaders highlighted what they claim are persistent gaps in infrastructure, education, healthcare, and farmer welfare that have persisted despite BJP’s 30-year governance in the state.

AAP leaders argued that while Gujarat has often been touted as a model of industrial and economic growth, many rural areas continue to face challenges such as poor road connectivity, inadequate healthcare facilities, and insufficient agricultural support.

According to AAP, the state government’s policies have largely benefited urban centers while leaving small towns and villages underserved. The party emphasized the need for transparency, accountability, and inclusive development that addresses both urban and rural needs.

The video also features interviews with local residents and farmers who allege that their concerns have been ignored for decades, particularly regarding agricultural subsidies, irrigation facilities, and rural employment.

AAP Gujarat has called for urgent reforms and pledged to prioritize the voices of marginalized communities if given a chance to participate in the state’s governance. The party’s statement concludes by asserting that “Gujarat cannot progress unless the focus shifts from political theatrics to real, people-centered development.”

This comes ahead of several political campaigns and public events by AAP in Gujarat, where the party aims to engage with citizens directly and spotlight what they describe as BJP’s developmental shortcomings.
