Patna, Bihar: On the birth anniversary of former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi, a statue in his honor was unveiled in Patna. The ceremony was attended by prominent leaders, including Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, who paid tribute to the late politician.

Speaking at the event, BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad described the day as “historic,” saying, “Sushil Modi was a great leader whose contribution can never be forgotten. The unveiling of his statue is a symbol of his personality and service. We salute him.”

Though he is no longer among us, his achievements and contributions will always be remembered. The statue honors his personality and work, and we thank the Bihar government for this tribute,” he said.
