Tejashwi Yadav vows to launch Maa, Beti, and Mai Bahin Maan Yojanas if RJD wins Bihar Assembly Elections 2025, citing strong women’s support for change.
Patna: Tejashwi Yadav, the head of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and the head of the Opposition (LoP) in Bihar, that if his party wins the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, it will implement the “Mai Bahin Maan Yojana.” The proposed program will provide Rs 2,500 per month in cash help to women from underprivileged and financially disadvantaged regions.
Speaking to the media, Yadav declared, “The Beti Yojana, the Mai Bahin Maan Yojana, and the Maa Yojana will all begin. The desire for change is seen in the enormous number of women gathered in each block and panchayat. Change is inevitable this time. He emphasized that people sought an alternative to the existing administration since they were generally unhappy with it.

Bihar : Support from Congress and a 10-point program
The Congress party, which is an ally of the RJD, has also made public its plans for Bihar. If the alliance wins power, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has outlined a ten-point plan for underprivileged people, Dalits, and the backward classes. Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, echoed him when he claimed that citizens’ rights were being violated “not just in Bihar but across the nation.”
