Bihar CM Nitish Kumar inspects Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Science City in Patna, featuring 5 galleries, 269 interactive displays, 4D theater, and more.

Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar visited the recently built Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Science City in Patna on Tuesday, examining its amenities and layout before it is made available to the general public.

The science city, which was constructed on a 21-acre plot of land in Rajendra Nagar, has five themed science galleries, 269 interactive displays, an auditorium, a 4D theater, and student and teacher housing. The complex was created as a cutting-edge hub for science education and innovation, according to officials.

CM engaged with the children present at the site, encouraged them to participate in scientific learning, and took them on a tour of the galleries and exhibits. The chief minister was briefed on the facility’s amenities and infrastructure by Kumar Ravi, secretary of the building construction department.

According to CM Nitish, the science city was created with “unique ideas” and is a desirable learning environment for individuals of all ages. He went on to say that the project’s goal is to increase young people’s understanding of science and assist pupils grasp fundamental scientific concepts through practical experiences, which will spark a stronger interest in science and technology.

Deepak Kumar, the chief minister’s principal secretary, Animesh Parashar, the Patna division commissioner, Thiyagarajan SM, the Patna district magistrate, and other administrative officers were among the senior authorities in attendance during the inspection.
