Bihar CM to inaugurate Maurya Mandapam and gym at Mauryalok complex under a ₹15 crore Patna Smart City project, adding new social, cultural, and commercial facilities.
The Maurya Mandapam and a gym in the Mauryalok complex will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday, giving Patna residents a new center for entertainment, exercise, and business operations. The Mauryalok complex and Maurya Tower will be renovated as part of the Rs 15-crore project, which is being carried out by Patna Smart City Limited. Additionally, new facilities that are intended to meet the city’s social, cultural, and commercial demands will be introduced.
According to Animesh Kumar Parashar, Managing Director of Patna Smart City, the project was completed using eco-friendly, contemporary light-gauge steel frame technology, which provides quicker construction and more durability than conventional techniques.
Key Project Features of Maurya Mandapam
–Rooftop Multi-Purpose Hall: Using a prefabricated construction, this 12,000 square foot hall on the roof of A-Block intends to hold social and cultural events. With an insulated ceiling that maintains the temperature about 10°C cooler than outside, the pillar-free hall is perfect for business gatherings, weddings, and parties.
-State-of-the-Art Multiplex: This two-screen multiplex has sophisticated audio-visual technology and can hold 40 people each.
-Fine Dining Restaurant: This theme-based eatery, which is located on the same floor as the multiplex, is 6,000 square feet and can accommodate 80 people.
The 8,000-square-foot gym and yoga center, which is situated on the roof of B-Block, has state-of-the-art exercise and yoga equipment.
-Commercial Office Space: Maurya Tower’s sixth and seventh levels currently house 24,000 square feet of contemporary office space.
Infrastructure & Beautification: Internal roads and manholes have been fixed and asphalted, Swami Vivekananda Park has been built, and the entire complex has been improved with new paint, lighting, and landscaping.
With these improvements, the Maurya Mandapam complex is set to grow into one of Patna’s top destinations for food, entertainment, wellness, and business.
