PM Modi opens ESTIC 2025 in New Delhi, launching ₹1 lakh crore RDI Scheme to boost India’s research, innovation, and technology ecosystem.

Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open the Emerging Science & Technology Innovation Conclave (ESTIC) 2025 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The Prime Minister will also speak to the crowd on this special day.

Mr. Modi will also start the 1 lakh crore rupees Research Development and Innovation (RDI) Scheme Fund, which will be a big boost for the country’s R&D ecosystem. The goal of the plan is to encourage a research and development ecosystem in India that is led by the private sector.

Over 3,000 people from universities, research institutions, businesses, and the government will attend the 3-day ESTIC 2025. This includes Nobel Prize winners, well-known scientists, innovators, and policymakers.

The discussions will center on 11 main themes: Advanced Materials & Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence, Bio-Manufacturing, Blue Economy, Digital Communications, Electronics & Semiconductor Manufacturing, Emerging Agriculture Technologies, Energy, Environment & Climate, Health & Medical Technologies, Quantum Science & Technology, and Space Technologies.

There will be speeches by top scientists, panel discussions, presentations, and technology demos during the event. This will provide researchers, businesses, and young innovators a chance to work together to make India’s scientific and technology ecosystem stronger.
