Mizoram CM Pu Lalduhoma Enhances Aizawl’s Surveillance with Integrated Command & Control Centre
In a significant move to enhance urban safety and management, Mizoram Chief Minister Pu Lalduhoma, accompanied by Home Minister Pu K. Sapdanga, visited the Integrated Command & Control Centre (ICCC) in Aizawl on April 12, 2025. This visit marks a pivotal step towards operationalizing the ICCC, a cornerstone of Aizawl’s Smart City initiative.

The ICCC is equipped with an extensive network of surveillance tools designed to bolster the city’s safety infrastructure. The system comprises over 230 fixed CCTV cameras and 39 pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras strategically installed across high-density and high-traffic areas. These installations aim to enhance real-time monitoring and rapid response capabilities to urban challenges.
