Actor Sonu Sood and his son Eshaan have acquired land valued at ₹1.05 crore in Panvel, following the sale of their Mahalaxmi apartment for ₹8.1 crore a few months earlier.
Bollywood actor Sonu Sood and his son Eshaan Sood have put a lot of money into real estate by buying a block of land in Shirdon, Panvel, one of Mumbai’s quickly growing suburbs, for ₹1.05 crore. According to information from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), which was checked by the property platform Square Yards, the deal was formally recorded in October 2025.

According to the registration information, the new property is about 0.065 hectares (about 777 square yards) in size. There was a stamp tax of ₹6.3 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000 for the deal. The transaction adds another prime property to the actor’s increasing portfolio. This shows how Panvel is becoming a popular place for celebrities and investors looking for vast plots of land on the outskirts of Mumbai.
This is the second big purchase the Sood family has made in the last several months. In August 2025, Eshaan Sood made news when he bought a luxurious flat in Andheri West for ₹2.6 crore. The property has a built-up area of 100.37 square meters (approximately 1,080 square feet) and an RERA carpet area of 83.61 square meters (about 900 square feet).

Sonu Sood also made a big move in real estate this year when he sold his Mahalaxmi condo for ₹8.10 crore. The actor made about ₹3 crore in profit over 13 years on the sale, which he bought for ₹5.16 crore in 2012.
The actor’s recent property buys suggest that he is changing his strategy to invest in places with significant growth potential and spread out his interests across residential and land assets.
From Hero on Screen to Real-Life Role Model
Sonu Sood was last seen professionally in Fateh (2025), which he also wrote, produced, and directed. The movie made ₹13.35 crore at the box office, even though it got mixed reviews.
