Nora Fatehi refutes reports linking her to Mumbai drug-fueled parties, calling herself an “easy target” and urging fans not to believe the rumors.

The actor Nora Fatehi has vehemently denied accusations that she was involved in drug-fueled rave events that were purportedly hosted by a Mumbai drug trafficker who was in custody and that were attended by the nephew of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. The actor, who has no relation to the incident at all, labeled herself a “easy target” and denounced the rumors as “lies” on Instagram Stories.

Criticism of “Baseless” Reports by Nora Fatehi

On her Instagram Stories, Nora sent a thorough statement on Sunday, emphasizing that she doesn’t go to parties and that her life is focused on her career.

I’m not a party animal. I’m on flights all the time. I have no personal life, and I work nonstop. Such people are not people I associate with. And I spend my free days with my high school pals, at home, or on a beach in Dubai! Working on my dreams and goals takes up all of my days and nights.

She added, “Don’t believe anything you read!” to the public and admirers, warning them not to trust the rumors that are going around. My name seems to be an easy target! However, I’m not going to let that happen again! You folks attempted to ruin me with LIES once before, but it was unsuccessful. I kept quiet while everyone did their best to disparage me, damage my reputation, and use me as clickbait.

The actress cautions against abusing her name and image.

In closing, Nora issued a strong warning: “Please don’t use my name and image for things that are completely unrelated to me! There will be a steep cost associated with this!

Why Was the Controversy Started?

Following media accusations that she, Shraddha Kapoor, and a number of other Bollywood celebs allegedly attended rave parties hosted by Mohammed Salim Mohammed Suhail Shaikh, a drug trafficker in custody, Nora responded. Alishah Parkar, the nephew of Dawood Ibrahim, was said to have attended some of the parties that Shaikh threw for celebrities from the Bollywood and fashion industries, according to reports from Mumbai Police.

After being deported from Dubai last month, Shaikh is presently being held by the Anti-Narcotics Cell’s (ANC) Ghatkopar section. ANC officials have not ruled out asking questions about the celebrities whose names came up during Shaikh’s grilling.
