Manish Malhotra’s romantic drama Gustaakh Ishq starring Vijay Varma & Fatima Sana Shaikh now releases on Nov 28, 2025. Watch trailer & latest updates!

The upcoming romantic entertainer “Gustaakh Ishq” by designer Manish Malhotra, which stars Vijay Varma and Fatima Sana Shaikh, will be a little later for moviegoers.

This year, the drama that was initially slated to open in theaters on November 21 has been postponed for one week until November 28.

The makers of “Gustaakh Ishq” shared the new release date on social media, writing, “Mark your calendars, ishq has a new date for y’all (Smiling Face with Hearts Emoji) #GustaakhIshq is now releasing on 28th November, 2025 (sic).”

The drama’s creators also unveiled a brand-new motion poster in which Vijay is shown gazing affectionately at Sana as she blows bubbles in his face. In the background, we could also hear the song “Ul Jalool Ishq” from the film.

In addition to Vijay and Fatima, Naseeruddin Shah and Sharib Hashmi will play important roles in the movie.

The “Gustaakh Ishq” trailer, which is set in Old Delhi, has a strong sense of vintage romance.

Manish Malhotra’s main production endeavor will be the drama, which will be supported by his home banner, Stage5 Production.

Under the direction of Vibhu Puri, Vishal Bhardwaj composed the film’s music, while Gulzar wrote the lyrics. The romantic entertainer’s camera work was handled by Manush Nandan.
