New Delhi: The producers just confirmed on X that they have “parted ways” with Deepika Padukone since they are “unable to find a partnership,” following months of rumors that she would not be appearing in the Kalki 2898 AD sequel.

1. The focus of attention this year has been Deepika Padukone. Her departure from Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit, citing creative disagreements and an eight-hour shift requirement, among other things, was the most contentious issue, according to sources.
