Parents of Ashnoor Kaur, Avneet Kaur and Gurmeet Singh, speak out about the Farhana Bhatt controversy on Bigg Boss 19.

Ashnoor Kaur ‘s parents, Avneet Kaur and Gurmeet Singh, have spoken out about their daughter’s experience in the Bigg Boss 19 house.

They reacted following a recent argument in which Ashnoor was visibly angry and disturbed after contestant Farhana Bhatt questioned her upbringing. Ashnoor’s parents discussed their opinions about how she has been managing the stress at home in an exclusive interview with IANS.

“She answered with calmness and dignity,” Avneet, Ashnoor’s mother, said when IANS asked if they thought she had handled the matter with Farhana Bhatt. Ashnoor always responds to Farhana’s statements with poise and deference, upholding her moral principles.”

Her father, Gurmeet, added, “It’s very difficult watching someone scold your child or seeing tears in their eyes.” He talked about the challenges of raising their daughter in such a stressful setting. All you want to do is intervene and keep them safe. We’re not able to do that here, unfortunately. We can only hope that she stays strong and keeps doing well by sending her encouragement and strength from the outside. “There have been many in just six weeks,” Avneet said when asked about her proudest memories to far. For fifteen years, I have been by her side, helping her make every choice. However, we are rather proud of her in her home because of the way she responds, keeps her dignity, and respects her principles. The joy we have given her is evident in the way she addresses everyone with respect, even elders like Kunickaa Sadanand. We am proud each time she talks.

“To be honest, I didn’t like it at all,” mother Avneet added after discussing Ashnoor’s unpleasant altercation with Ashnoor, in which the latter was observed to be quite upset. I was really upset and offended by it. Since people don’t get her personality, I even considered removing her from the show at one point. She will not yell or mistreat. She’s not like that. She frequently, but calmly, warns others when they are going too far. She wasn’t being cocky. Perhaps some of the video caused a miscommunication. However, as the show goes on, viewers will see her true self, and their perceptions will undoubtedly shift.”

Reactions to Ashnoor Kaur’s game show on The Bigg Boss Season 19 have been conflicted. Both within and outside the house, her bond with fellow participant Abhishek Bajaj has been the talk of the town. Ashnoor and Abhishek have consistently adamantly maintained that they are merely good friends and nothing more, despite contestants like Nehal Chudasma, Baseer Ali, and Farrhana Bhatt, among others, attempting to romantically connect the two of them.
