Arti Singh opens up on Rashmi Desai’s podcast about grief, anxiety, and fear following the deaths of Sidharth Shukla and Shefali Jariwala.

Television actress and close friend Arti Singh talked about how the death of her Bigg Boss 13 pals Sidharth Shukla and Shefali Jariwala has affected her emotionally and psychologically in an incredibly moving interview on Rashmi Desai’s podcast Rashami Ke Dil Se Dil Tak.

In an open conversation with her close friend Rashmi Desai, Arti talked about how losing her friends has caused her to feel vulnerable, anxious, and afraid.

She remarked, “It is extremely scary and also makes me anxious,” as she considered the loss of two well-known figures in the television industry, Sidharth Shukla and Shefali Jariwala. “I am so anxious and afraid, and sometimes I even lose my temper and call on Paras Chabbra to help me relax. I’m just afraid of it,” she remarked.

The actress went into detail about how her spouse, Deepak Chauhan, was able to settle her down at any time, particularly during times of dread and anxiety.

Since being married, I’ve been much more composed. Deepak is incredibly rational, which has greatly decreased my panic and hyper periods. Every time I feel overwhelmed, he responds maturely and understands me. He calms me down and maintains his composure,” she remarked.

For those who are unaware, Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla reportedly suffered a heart attack and died in September 2021. In June of this year, Shefali Jariwala passed away. Shefali and Sidharth were both in their early 40s, and the country was rocked by their sudden deaths.

In April 2024, Aarti Singh and Deepak Chauhan tied the knot in a sumptuous ceremony in Mumbai. It was an arranged marriage that brought the couple together.

Arti Singh is the niece of superstar Govinda and the sister of famous comedian Krushna Abhishek.
