Haryana Unveils Make in Haryana Policy with ₹1.1 Lakh Crore Investment Boost in Gurugram

State unveils Make in Haryana Policy, nine sectoral reforms, and ₹1.1 lakh crore investment MoUs to boost industrial growth, employment, and investor confidence.

Gurugram marked a significant milestone in Haryana’s economic roadmap as the state government unveiled a series of major initiatives aimed at accelerating industrial growth, investment inflow, and job creation. The announcements include the launch of the Make in Haryana Policy, introduction of nine new sectoral policies, and the rollout of a Smart Investment Facilitation Portal.

Major Push Under “Make in Haryana Policy”

The newly launched Make in Haryana Policy is designed to position the state as a leading industrial and investment hub in India. Alongside this, nine sector-specific policies were introduced to streamline business operations and attract diverse industries. The government believes the Make in Haryana Policy will play a key role in strengthening manufacturing and boosting economic competitiveness.

₹1.1 Lakh Crore Investment MoUs Signed

A major highlight of the event was the signing of investment Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth approximately ₹1.1 lakh crore. These proposals are expected to significantly enhance industrial expansion in the state. The Make in Haryana Policy, combined with these investments, is aimed at generating large-scale employment opportunities, especially for youth and MSMEs.

Smart Investment Facilitation Portal Launched

To simplify and accelerate investor engagement, a Smart Investment Facilitation Portal was also unveiled. This digital platform will streamline approvals, reduce delays, and improve transparency. Officials stated that the Make in Haryana Policy will work in synergy with this portal to create a seamless investment ecosystem.

Launch of Logo for Global Investor Summit

The logo of the upcoming “Happening Haryana Global Investor Summit” was also unveiled, signaling the state’s long-term commitment to attracting global investors. The initiative reflects Haryana’s vision to emerge as a preferred destination for business and innovation under the framework of the Make in Haryana Policy.

Vision for Growth and Employment

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Nayab Saini emphasized that Haryana is rapidly emerging as a top investment destination under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He stated that the Make in Haryana Policy will drive industrial expansion, strengthen MSMEs, and create new opportunities for youth across the state.

With a strong focus on governance reforms, modern infrastructure, and industry-friendly policies, Haryana aims to position itself as a leading center for investment and innovation. The Make in Haryana Policy is expected to act as a foundation for sustained economic development and long-term job creation in the state.
