Punjab Education Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak has strongly criticised the Centre, alleging serious failures in the education system following reported irregularities in CBSE re-evaluation processes. He said the issue has caused widespread concern among students and parents across the country.
According to Kataruchak, the alleged discrepancies in CBSE re-evaluation have placed lakhs of students under severe mental stress, raising questions about the credibility of the system. Kataruchak also called for immediate action against those responsible for the alleged irregularities, stating that negligence in such a sensitive matter amounts to compromising the future of children. He again emphasized how Lal Chand Kataruchak criticises Centre in connection with student welfare concerns.

He urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to dismiss the Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and order an impartial investigation into the matter. According to him, only a fair probe can restore trust in the examination system, reinforcing the criticism that Lal Chand Kataruchak criticises Centre over handling of education policies.
