New Delhi: Realme is gearing up to expand its AI-powered ecosystem in India with the launch of the Realme Buds Air 8 Pro and Realme Watch S5 on May 22. The upcoming devices will debut alongside the Realme 16T 5G smartphone, with the company already teasing several premium features ahead of the official launch event.
The Realme Buds Air 8 Pro is expected to become the brand’s most advanced true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds to date. The earbuds will feature up to 55dB active noise cancellation (ANC) and a 5,000Hz ultra-wide noise reduction range, promising an immersive audio experience for users.
According to Realme, the Realme Buds Air 8 Pro will come equipped with dual DAC drivers and support for Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification. The earbuds will also support the LHDC codec for high-quality wireless streaming, along with 24-bit audio depth, 192kHz sampling rate, and transmission speeds of up to 1Mbps.

For calling and voice clarity, the Realme Buds Air 8 Pro will include a six-microphone setup paired with a bone-conduction voice sensor. The company claims the earbuds can minimize wind interference at speeds of up to 10m/s, making them suitable for outdoor calls and activities. AI-powered call noise reduction and high-bitrate voice recording features are also part of the package.
Alongside the earbuds, Realme is also preparing to introduce the Realme Watch S5, which will feature a premium design and upgraded hardware. The smartwatch is teased with a ceramic-textured rear panel and a triple-button layout that includes a rotating crown for easier navigation.
The upcoming smartwatch weighs 32g and measures 11.8mm in thickness. Realme will offer the Watch S5 in Rock Grey and Sand White colour options.
The company is expected to announce the official pricing, sale details, and availability of both the Realme Buds Air 8 Pro and Watch S5 during the launch event scheduled for May 22.
