Jaipur: In a virtual meeting held , Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma conducted a detailed review of the ongoing ‘Jal Sanchay–Jan Bhagidari’ (Water Conservation–Public Participation) campaign in the state with the Honourable Union Minister of Jal Shakti, Shri @CRPaatil.
During the video conference, the Chief Minister and the Union Minister discussed the progress of various water conservation initiatives and assessed the measures being implemented to enhance public participation across Rajasthan. CM Sharma emphasized the critical role of community engagement in making Rajasthan water self-reliant, stating that sustainable water management is key to securing a safe and prosperous future for the state.

Every Drop Counts: CM Bhajanlal Sharma Emphasizes Sustainable Water Management
He added, “With collective effort and citizen participation, every drop of water conserved will contribute to a more secure and sustainable tomorrow.” The campaign continues to focus on effective water harvesting, rejuvenation of water bodies, and active public involvement to address the challenges of water scarcity in the state.
Officials from the State Water Resources Department, along with district-level officers involved in the campaign, participated in the review and provided detailed progress reports.
