The Haryana Government has decided to closely monitor 100 major ongoing projects across various departments to ensure their timely completion and effective delivery of intended benefits to citizens.
During a high-level meeting with Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi emphasized that the on-time execution of key development projects is crucial for enhancing governance outcomes and building public trust. He noted that Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will personally review the progress of these projects every month to identify bottlenecks and expedite implementation.

CS Anurag Rastogi directed departments to identify high-impact projects under their purview and submit a consolidated list promptly, prioritizing projects with significant public interaction and long-term socio-economic impact. A dedicated task force of five senior officers will be established to monitor progress, track milestones, flag delays, and coordinate inter-departmental efforts wherever necessary.

Commissioner and Secretary Amit Agrawal presented details of key ongoing projects and stressed the importance of real-time monitoring mechanisms. He urged departments to forward their shortlisted projects promptly to initiate structured oversight without delay.
This initiative aims to streamline project execution, enhance accountability, and ensure that the developmental benefits of these projects reach the people of Haryana efficiently and within the stipulated timeframe.
