New Delhi: At a public gathering in Malikpur, Timarpur Assembly, AAP MLA Sanjeev Jha sharply criticized the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Delhi, stating that the capital has faced serious challenges in governance and welfare delivery over the past year.
Speaking to a large crowd, Sanjeev Jha highlighted multiple concerns affecting the lives of Delhi residents. He pointed out that the BJP-led government failed to deliver on its promise of ₹2,500 assistance for women, causing disappointment among beneficiaries. Jha also raised the issue of 8 lakh pending ration cards, delayed pensions, and the disruption of services at Mohalla Clinics, which were designed to provide accessible healthcare to local communities.

“Pollution levels have surged, crime is out of control, and essential public services are failing,” Sanjeev Jha said. He added that despite the claim of a “double-engine government,” the reality has been worsening conditions and widespread public dissatisfaction in Delhi.
Sanjeev Jha Calls for Public Protest at Jantar Mantar on March 1 to Demand Accountability from Delhi Government
The MLA Sanjeev Jha also announced that a public protest and accountability event is scheduled for March 1 at Jantar Mantar, where residents will demand explanations from the Delhi government regarding its performance over the past year. He urged citizens to participate actively to hold authorities accountable for unfulfilled promises and governance lapses.
