Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has taken proactive steps to ensure smooth administrative functioning in the newly formed Hansi district by approving the creation of essential posts across all levels ahead of the Budget Session 2026.
A letter issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi to all Administrative Secretaries stated that posts under Group A, B, C, and D categories will be established to reinforce the district’s administrative framework.
Haryana Government Directs Departments to Fill Vacancies Promptly
All Haryana Government departments have been directed to assess their staffing requirements and take prompt action to fill the necessary positions. They are also required to ensure that all posts are created within the stipulated timeline.

Additionally, departments have been asked to submit an Action Taken Report to the Human Resources Department at the earliest, detailing the steps undertaken to strengthen the new district’s administration.
