New Delhi: Aam New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Saurabh Bharwaj on Tuesday criticised the BJP government over traffic congestion in the national capital during the ongoing AI Impact Summit 2026.
Taking to X, Saurabh Bharwaj wrote, “With ‘basic Intelligence’ even ‘Artificial Intelligence’ cannot help BJP Govt.” His remarks came as commuters faced heavy traffic across key routes in Delhi, particularly on roads connecting the city with Gurgaon.
The Delhi Traffic Police had earlier issued a traffic advisory on February 14, stating that “In view of AI Impact Summit-2026 to be held from 16 Feb to 20 Feb 2026, certain traffic restrictions will be effective in Delhi. Commuters are requested to avoid the mentioned routes and plan their journey accordingly.”

The India AI Impact Summit 2026, scheduled from February 16–20, is the first global AI summit hosted in the Global South and the fourth in a series that began at Bletchley Park, UK in 2023, followed by Seoul in 2024 and Paris in 2025.
