Haryana: Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini expressed confidence that in 2027, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government will be formed in Punjab under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi. He stated that once BJP assumes power, all central government schemes currently implemented in Haryana and other states would also be extended to Punjab.
Speaking to the media on Tuesday after attending a programme at Hira Mahal, Nabha, CM Nayab Singh Saini said that Punjab and Haryana share close cultural ties and familial connections. He criticized the current Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Congress governments in Punjab, saying that despite making big promises, they have failed to deliver results on the ground.

Under the Lado Laxmi Yojana, women in Haryana receive Rs. 2,100 per month, and subsidized gas cylinders are provided at Rs. 500. Land ownership rights have also been regularized for Panchayat landholders in Haryana, while similar cases remain unresolved in Punjab.
