Punjab IPR Department bids farewell to Photo Cinema Officer Arvinder Singh after 30+ years of capturing government events, cultural moments, and legacy.

The Information and Public Relations Department of Punjab said goodbye to Photo Cinema Officer Arvinder Singh, who retired following a distinguished career spanning over thirty years. On August 9, 1993, Arvinder Singh started working for the department as a Junior Photographer. His commitment, technical proficiency, and love of photography helped him advance to important positions over the years, culminating in his most recent appointment as Photo Cinema Officer.

His abilities and diligence were recognized in 2001 when he was promoted to Senior Photographer. Singh has been instrumental in recording high-profile government events, state visits, and Punjab’s cultural legacy throughout his term.

In recognition of Singh’s exceptional contributions to the department, the Department organized a retirement ceremony that was attended by Deputy Director Navdeep Singh Gill, Additional Director Randeep Singh Ahluwalia, and Joint Directors Ishwinder Singh Grewal, Preet Kanwal Singh, and Manvinder Singh. The crew expressed their sincere appreciation and congrats for his dedication to the Punjabi people.
