CM Yogi Adityanath states no deaths from Kodin Kapha Syrup in UP; STF raids 134 companies, 225 accused named, 78 in custody.

In response to the Kodin Kapha Syrup matter in the UP Assembly, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that no deaths from cough syrup had been reported in the state. Action will be taken under the NDPS in this matter; the Uttar Pradesh government has fought and prevailed in court.

He made fun of Leader of the Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey by saying that although people are accustomed to stating the truth at this age, socialists also force them to lie.
