Nora Fatehi survives a serious car accident in Mumbai, suffers minor injuries, and warns fans against drunk driving.

Bollywood actress and singer Nora Fatehi has talked about the terrifying vehicle accident she was in on Saturday afternoon in Mumbai. She was traveling to the Sunburn Festival when her automobile was struck by a car that was allegedly driven by someone intoxicated. After being hurt and traumatized by the crash, the starlet used Instagram Stories to speak straight to her fans.

While assuring fans that she is okay, Nora described the situation as extremely unnerving and one of the most horrifying experiences of her life.

In an Instagram video, Nora talked openly about what transpired and the seriousness of the effects.

“Hey guys, I’m just coming here to tell you guys that I am okay,” she remarked. Yes, this afternoon I was involved in a really nasty car accident. Unfortunately, my car was shattered by a drunk driver who was operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and the impact was so violent that I was thrown across the vehicle. I struck my head against the window.

She acknowledged that although the collision was severe, she only suffered minor injuries.

Concussions, Swelling, and Minor Injuries

Nora gave supporters an update on her status, stating that she was grateful to have survived the crash despite experiencing discomfort, swelling, and a little concussion.

“I am alive and in good health,” she declared. I’m fine save from a few minor wounds, some swelling, and a small concussion. I am appreciative of that.

As she continued to comprehend what had happened, the emotional toll of the situation was apparent despite the physical agony.

A Powerful Call to Action Against Drunk Driving

Nora used her position to declare the incident needless and deadly and to deliver a strong warning against drunk driving. “That could have ended horribly, but I came to say this to say that this is why you should not drink and drive,” she stated. To start with, I detest drinking. Actually, I’ve never been fond of the thought of drinking alcohol or anything similar, like drugs, marijuana, or anything else that alters your mood. I don’t advocate for it, and I don’t even like being around it. Driving after drinking is not advised. The year is 2025. That this is even a conversation astounds me.

“I can’t believe that this is even a scenario that has to happen at 3 p.m. in the afternoon,” she continued, expressing her shock that such an incident could take place in broad daylight. It never occurred to me that someone would drive while intoxicated and endanger others.

“I’m Still a Little Traumatized”

Nora acknowledged that the encounter had a long-lasting emotional impact while reassuring followers that she is safe.

“Having said that, I just want to let everyone know that I’m okay,” she stated. I’m grateful to be alive even if I will be in agony for a while.

Sincerely, she continued, “I won’t lie. That was an extremely frightening, horrifying, and terrible experience. I’m still a little traumatized.

Why, in spite of the accident, she decided to perform

Just hours after the collision, Nora talked about her choice to carry on with her career and perform at the Sunburn Festival with DJ David Guetta.

“I let nothing stand in the way of my work, my ambition, and any opportunities that I get,” she clarified. Therefore, no drunk driver would be able to take advantage of that kind of chance. I put in far too much effort to achieve these successes and milestones. You may think that’s ridiculous, but the bottom line is to never drink and drive.

“There have been so many cases in India, in Mumbai itself, of people who killed other innocent people because they were drinking and driving,” she said, restating her call for road safety. That cannot be justified. I am thankful for my safety and well-being. My life undoubtedly flashed before my eyes, and I don’t want it to happen to anyone.
