Gauahar Khan reveals how fate and prayer led her to Zaid Darbar, while Zaid shares why he avoided dating before marriage.

Mumbai: Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar discussed various facets of their lives prior to and following marriage during the most recent episode of the celebrity talk show “Rashami Ke Dil Se Dil Tak.”

During her conversation with host and actress Rashami Desai, Gauahar disclosed that she had concluded her pursuits with men prior to her meeting her spouse Zaid.

During the discussion, Rashami inquired of the ‘Bigg Boss 7’ winner whether she held any particular preferences regarding the type of male she wished to marry. To this, Gauhar responded, “I had no such thing.” In fact, when I first encountered Zaid, I was entirely opposed to males. I thought to myself, “I prefer not to meet men, as they all seem to be commitment-phobic.” They all seek to escape. I was prepared to demonstrate vulnerability in a relationship, whereas most males were not.

She expressed that she was in a stage of her existence in which she had entrusted everything to God.

“I offered a prayer, requesting that you send me a good man. If it is destined for me, I will accept it from you. Believe me, just one month later, we unexpectedly crossed paths, and he was the one who initiated contact,” Gauhar shared.

Zaid contributed by stating that he had already resolved not to engage in any romantic relationships henceforth and intended to pursue marriage directly.

He was heard stating, “Even when discussing a month ago, I had already made up my mind that I do not want anyone; I do not want anyone. It is impossible for me to consider dating someone at this point.” I believed that you understood this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I will proceed with the marriage calmly, but at present, it is unthinkable for me to even consider the idea of dating someone now.
