According to Ormax data, Season 19 achieved a remarkable average of 7.5–8 million weekly viewers, establishing itself as the most-watched non-fiction program in the OTT space during the finale week. Between December 1 and 7, it attracted 7.2 million viewers—significantly surpassing other popular reality programs.

Programs such as Laughter Chefs 3, Indian Idol 16, Kaun Banega Crorepati 17, and Bigg Boss Tamil 9 experienced notable declines, with viewership numbers ranging from 4.3 million to 1.2 million. Earlier weeks also demonstrated considerable strength, with the program attracting 6.8 million viewers in its final week of November and 7.1 million viewers the preceding week.

Television actor Gaurav Khanna was declared the victor of Bigg Boss 19, narrowly surpassing finalist Farrhana Bhatt in a closely contested finale. Responding to his victory, Gaurav stated to PTI, “It has yet to fully register.” It is currently an exceedingly surreal experience for me. I received an abundance of affection. What I appreciate about it is that I have not changed in the slightest. I remain unchanged when I enter or exit the residence, and this quality is highly appreciated by others. I did not alter or falsify anything.
