CM Yogi Adityanath states UP is now free from mafia and terror, highlights women’s safety, infrastructure growth, and law & order improvements ahead of 2027.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath discussed Uttar Pradesh’s development model and law and order in an open manner during an event in Delhi. Before the 2027 elections, he stated unequivocally that the state’s mafia reign has ended and that those who mess with daughters’ safety will be judged at a crossroads.

Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, gave an update on the state’s progress on Saturday at a Delhi event. According to him, the mafia and goondaraj recognized Uttar Pradesh as having a system of law prior to 2017. The Chief Minister’s speech was more than simply a speech; it was a strong statement ahead of the 2027 political landscape that instability and crime had no place in Uttar Pradesh.

CM Yogi reaffirmed the “Zero Tolerance” policy during his speech and stated that people who have become a burden on the system are being emancipated from both the earth and the law. He issued a stern warning, saying that the outcome would be determined at the crossing if anyone attempted to play with the daughters’ safety. This comment is an indication of the administrative rigidity that has emboldened the state’s crooks.

One District, One Product: From Mafia Rule

The Chief Minister made reference to the state’s evolving character, stating that One District One Mafia once held power in Uttar Pradesh. One District One Medical College and One District One Product (ODOP) are now identifying the same state. He said the government has answered in the same language that the mafia knows.

Yogi Adityanath emphasized that persons who work against the public no longer have a political cover or protection. The government’s policy is unambiguous: anyone who opposes the people shall be assimilated into the earth.

Housing for the underprivileged on land free of unauthorized occupation

The government has released government land valued at thousands of crores of rupees from unlawful occupations, according to data pertaining to the action taken against the mafia. Currently, the impoverished are exploiting these areas for housing and development projects. He cited Noida and Greater Noida as examples, saying that the government has created a new standard of trust by granting their rights to 3.5 lakh buyers who have been waiting for their homes for years.

Major improvements in connectivity and infrastructure

CM Yogi highlighted the improvements that have occurred between 2017 and 2025, pointing out that the state has just one and a half expressways at the time his administration was constituted. About 55% of the nation’s expressway network is currently located in Uttar Pradesh alone. Connectivity in the air has also improved. 16 airports are currently completely operational, compared to just 2 in 2017. With the help of Metro, Rapid Rail, and the Smart City Mission, Uttar Pradesh is becoming the nation’s “Growth Engine.”

Women’s Independence and Safety

Reiterating the government’s commitment to women’s safety, the Chief Minister announced that there are now 44,000 women working for the UP Police. Through “Mission Shakti” and self-help groups, millions of women are gaining autonomy. He noted that the government’s plans support her at every stage, from the birth of a daughter to her education and marriage.

The Chief Minister concluded by saying that Uttar Pradesh is free of both terror and the mafia. There is now a culture of growth and trust instead of fear. Urbanization in the state is expected to rise from 23 percent to 40 percent in the next three years, which is evidence of the progress being made toward a developed and safe society.
