Major General Manish Kukreti met UP CM Yogi Adityanath to discuss veteran welfare, Veer Naris support, and civil-military collaboration in Uttar Pradesh.

Major General Manish Kukreti, newly appointed head of the Madhya Uttar Pradesh Sub Area (MUPSA), paid a formal visit to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to discuss strategies for supporting the defence community across the state.

During the meeting, Major General Kukreti reaffirmed MUPSA’s commitment to the welfare of veterans, Veer Naris, and their families, emphasizing the importance of maintaining strong administrative and operational capabilities within the region. He also outlined current priorities and sought the Chief Minister’s guidance to enhance collaboration between military authorities and civil administration.

“The welfare of our veterans and their families is a top priority,” Major General Kukreti said. “We aim to strengthen coordination with state authorities to ensure effective public service delivery while maintaining operational readiness.”
