Aamir Khan has long talked about keeping close relationships with his ex-wives, and he demonstrated this once more by unexpectedly attending Reena Datta’s most recent art exhibition. Reena was moved by the actor-director’s gesture and decided to post about it on social media.

On Friday, Reena shared a number of pictures of Aamir at her show on social media. The actor can be seen in the photos talking with guests, looking through her artwork, and encouraging them. Aamir chose to dress simply but stylishly with a black Nehru jacket and green kurta.

The connection between Reena and Aamir
The story of Aamir and Reena begins when they were teenagers, long before he became famous in Bollywood. The two were neighbors who frequently looked at each other shyly through their windows. Early on, Aamir fell in love with Reena and followed her relentlessly. She eventually accepted, despite her initial refusal, and the pair was married in secret.
During their 16-year marriage, they had two children: Ira Khan, who would rather live outside of show business, and Junaid Khan, who is currently an actor.
Aamir talked candidly about the emotional upheaval that followed their split with Lallantop. “I had a whole bottle of alcohol that night when Reena and I split up,” he stated. I drank every day for the next year and a half. I had trouble falling asleep. I would simply faint from the intoxication. I was attempting suicide.
Aamir wed filmmaker Kiran Rao following their divorce, and the two have a son named Azad. Despite their 2021 separation, they still co-parent. The actor gained notoriety earlier this year when he disclosed that he had reestablished contact with Gauri Spratt, his current partner, whom he had initially met 25 years prior.
