The 89-year-old legendary actor Dharmendra was released from Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai over two weeks after being admitted due to dyspnea. His family, admirers, and coworkers in the film industry, who had been praying and expressing worry while he was in the hospital, were greatly relieved to hear the news.

Actress-MP Hema Malini, Dharmendra’s wife, expressed her happiness at her husband’s return home in her first statement since his release, but she also noted that the family has been going through a tough period.

The doctor confirms that treatment will continue at home.
