Speaking candidly at the CNBC Global Leadership Summit, Deepika described this remarkable partnership as both powerful and bizarre, particularly given that the same voice that was previously derided has now grown legendary enough to stand for cutting-edge technology.

Deepika on Serving as Meta AI’s Voice

“When I first entered the industry, my voice was kind of ridiculed, and now all of a sudden I am the voice of Meta AI — strange!” Deepika said while speaking at the event. Additionally, I still have my accent. That, I believe, is most likely how and why it occurred.

Authenticity frequently turns into one’s greatest asset, the actor said, reflecting on how she has grown to love her uniqueness.

Her Opinions on Artificial Understanding

Deepika expressed her enthusiasm for the new endeavor by saying, “I am so excited about the possibilities.” Human feeling, in my opinion, is the single thing it cannot replace. In my opinion, that is the only situation in which AI will not be permitted or able to compete. AI cannot be made to feel emotions, with the exception of human emotion and the way an actor would emote.
