Harmeet Singh Sandhu of AAP gains strong public support in Tarn Taran by-election, reflecting faith in Bhagwant Mann government’s pro-people policies

AAP candidate Harmeet Singh Sandhu is expected to record a historic victory in the November 11 Tarn Taran by-election, according to Punjab Cabinet Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO today.

According to the Minister, the public’s response to the Aam Aadmi Party’s active outreach to the residents of wards and villages has been overwhelmingly positive. Over the past three and a half years, the public has witnessed the Bhagwant Mann government’s pro-people policies and unparalleled progress. The public has a great deal of sympathy for the AAP and is committed to seeing Harmeet Singh Sandhu win by a significant margin, according to the ETO.

Harbhajan Singh ETO blasted the Congress leadership, calling the casteist comments made by Raja Warring, the president of the Punjab Congress, against the late Union Minister S. Buta Singh “shameful and reflective of Congress’s feudal mindset.”

In order to illustrate how Congress politicians view the Dalit population as “material” rather than human, he recalled that even LoP Partap Singh Bajwa had previously said, “What kind of material has reached the Vidhan Sabha?”

At a recent rally, Congress leaders Partap Bajwa and Sukhwinder Singh Denny Wadala offended people’s religious feelings by putting pictures of their candidates and leaders above the picture of Amar Shaheed Baba Jeevan Singh Ji. The Minister also denounced this extremely offensive behavior.

This reveals the haughty and regressive mentality of the dynasty leaders in Congress. ETO continued, “I implore members of the Dalit and Scheduled Caste communities to reject their polarizing politics and engage in a social boycott of Congress.”
