Punjab Govt under CM Bhagwant Mann to host Light & Sound Shows on Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s 350th Martyrdom across Punjab on November 8.

Under the direction of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is planning the second phase of Light & Sound Shows in honor of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s 350th Martyrdom Anniversary in the districts of Gurdaspur, Faridkot, Fazilka, and Hoshiarpur on November 8, according to Punjab Tourism and Cultural Affairs Minister Tarunpreet Singh Sond. The Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha, as well as other Cabinet Ministers, will join the devotees at these ceremonies, he said.

According to Sond, Lal Chand Kataruchakk, the minister of food and civil supplies, would attend the Light and Sound Show in the Gurdaspur district at ITI Batala. Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan will attend the performance in Faridkot, which will take place at Nehru Stadium.

In a similar vein, Dr. Baljit Kaur, Minister of Social Security, Women, and Child Development, will participate in the Light and Sound Show in Fazilka at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sports Stadium. The show will take place in the Multipurpose Outdoor Stadium in Lajwanti, Hoshiarpur, and will be attended by Member of Parliament Dr. Raj Kumar Ch

The Minister added that the life, philosophy, and ultimate sacrifice of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji for the defense of religion and human values are depicted in spectacular Light and Sound Shows using contemporary laser lights and 3D projection technologies. The intention is to encourage the current generation to pursue the honorable path exemplified by Guru Sahib.

According to him, the performances that took place earlier on November 4 at Patiala, Jalandhar, Fatehgarh Sahib, and Pathankot were a huge success and were well-received by both the general public and devotees. Sond urged everyone to bring their families to the November 8 performances.

It is important to note that the Punjab Government will host these Light and Sound Shows in the other districts of the state on November 11, 14, 17, and 20 in the upcoming phase.
