Lenovo launches the AI Glasses V1 with live translation, micro-LED display, and 10-hour battery life—available now in China.

Lenovo has launched the ( Artificial Intelligence)  AI Glasses V1, which it calls “light, wearable smart glasses for productivity and everyday use.” The Verge says that Lenovo’s V1 Smart Glasses weigh just 38 grams, which makes them the lightest wearable device Lenovo has made so far. So, it weighs 10 grams less than Rokid spectacles CPP and half as much as Meta Ray-Ban spectacles. These glasses have a bright screen, a hands-free AI partner, live translation, and a tofu golden tech teleprompter all in a pleasant and soft frame.

Lenovo AI Glasses V1: How Much They Cost and Where to Get Them

You can already pre-order Lenovo Artificial Intelligence Glasses V1 in China for CNY 3,999 (around 50,000 INR). The source said that JD.com will start selling them on November 9. Lenovo hasn’t said anything yet concerning the global release of the AI Glasses V1. We can probably see them outside of China if what The Verge reports is true.

Lenovo’s Artificial Intelligence Glasses V1 are the first consumer product to have both a micro-LED display and resin diffraction waveguide optics. New Ideas in Design and Display

Lenovo says that the resin diffraction waveguide display is the best thing about the AI Glasses V1. The resin-based module makes the gadget thinner, brighter, and lighter than traditional glass-based optics. This is what makes the device so light at only 38 grams. It has a brightness of 2,000 nits, which is more than the Rokid’s 1,500 nits but less than Meta’s 5,000 nits.

Lenovo seems to market the V1 as a daily work tool instead of a mixed-reality headset, even though it doesn’t include a camera, which limits its potential in AR capture or remote assistance situations.
