Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO inspects tent cities, roads, and event sites in Sri Anandpur Sahib ahead of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s 350th martyrdom celebration.
Punjab Public Works Minister S. Harbhajan Singh ETO inspected preparations for Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s 350th martyrdom anniversary.
During the discussion, department officials stated that three tent towns are being prepared for the Sangat in various locations throughout Sri Anandpur Sahib, with a capacity of 10 to 12 thousand people. He stated that the construction of tent cities in the selected areas has begun and would be completed in time for the event.

On this occasion, S. Harbhajan Singh ETO reviewed the preparations for the Vidhan Sabha’s special session, which will be held in Sri Anandpur Sahib. He informed the officers that extra personnel may be sent as needed to guarantee that all work relating to this project is finished by the given deadline.
He also told the officers to set up a thorough timetable for review meetings on these projects, and that if any difficulties arose, they should be brought to the attention of the higher authorities right away.
The state of the Nagar Kirtans’ routes to and from various locations in conjunction with the 350th martyrdom event was also evaluated, and instructions were issued to complete the ongoing repair work on these roads as soon as possible so that devotees do not encounter any difficulties.
Mr. Vikas Pratap, Principal Secretary Public Works, Mrs. Hargunjit Kaur, Engineer in Chief, Mr. Gagandeep Singh, Chief Engineers, Mr. Vijay Kumar Chopra, Mr. Anil Gupta, Mr. Ramtesh Bains, Mr. Arshdeep Singh, and other top officers attended the event.
