UP cabinet approves Parag Dairy shift from Noida to YEIDA Sector-32, boosting output, supporting farmers, and creating jobs in the dairy sector
The Uttar Pradesh cabinet has made the decision to relocate the Parag Dairy facility from Noida to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) area. Ten acres of land have been allocated in Sector-32 for this purpose. The government’s dedication to the dairy industry will be reflected in this action, which will increase production capacity, benefit producers, and create new employment opportunities.
A land agreement that will facilitate the relocation of the Parag Dairy plant and the expansion of Raphe mPhibr has been approved by the Uttar Pradesh State Cabinet in a recent decision.

Raphe mPhibr has acquired the land in Noida Phase II that is presently occupied by Praag Dairy for Rs 1.01 billion in order to accommodate its expansion plans. Following the inauguration of Raphe mPhibr in August by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the state government had previously determined to allocate this land to the company. The Noida Authority will be obligated to convey the land at no cost as part of this approved transaction.
As a result, the Parag Dairy facility will be relocated from Noida Phase II to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) area. A ten-acre plot of land in Sector 32 of YEIDA has been duly allocated by the State Cabinet for this purpose.
The new Parag Dairy facility in YEIDA is expected to be operational within two years and will have a processing capacity of 400,000 liters of milk per day. Parag Dairy will be the first company to establish a facility in the YEIDA region, and the firm will be responsible for the cost of relocating its machinery from the old Noida plant.
The YEIDA region’s dairy market will be bolstered by the sale of Parag Dairy products as a result of the establishment of this new facility. This development occurs subsequent to the recent allocation of 100-square-meter sites to Mother Dairy for the purpose of marketing milk products in its sectors by YEIDA.
