How to Stay Fit Without Hitting the Gym:-

Take a walk: people should walk at least 10,000 steps a day to stay fit.

Choose the stair: Climbing the stairs gets your heart pumping, reducing the risk of diseases like heart disease, obesity, and diabetes 

Play some sport : Swimming, tennis, squash, and badminton are some of the sports that you  can play to stay fit. Playing these sports on a regular basis helps you  keep your cholesterol and blood pressure levels in check. They also  boost immunity and improve blood circulation.

Jump rope : For someone who doesn’t find time to exercise every day, jumping rope is an effective full-body workout. 

Do a workout at home : – Squats for your legs, stomach, and lower back. – Lunges for your upper legs and glutes. – Planks for your core, back, and shoulders. – Push-ups for your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core. – Pull-ups for your biceps, triceps, forearms, wrists, shoulders, and core.

Eat well : stay healthy by eating a vitamin-rich diet instead. Try to mix up your meals and cover all the basic food groups.
